This Saturday, weโll explore Cibali, one of Istanbulโs historic neighborhoods along the Golden Horn.
Weโll visit a museum, an Ottoman bath, a historic mosque and the famous Cibali Police Station while walking through the old streets of the neighborhood.

1. Rezan Has Museum โ (Optional | 300 TL)
Located inside the historic Cibali Tobacco Factory, the museum also contains an 11th-century Byzantine cistern, archaeological collections and temporary exhibitions.
2. Kรผรงรผk Mustafa Paลa Hamam โ (Optional | Interior visit subject to access) ๐๏ธ
A large 15th-century Ottoman bath dating to 1477 and one of the historic structures of old Cibali.
3. Gรผl Mosque โ (Optional | Free) ๐
A fascinating historic building with Byzantine origins, later converted into a mosque during the Ottoman period.
4. Cibali Police Station Museum โ (Optional | Free)
A restored historic police station also associated with the famous Turkish theatre comedy โCibali Karakolu.โ
๐ถ Easy walking route โ all stops are close to each other.
๐ Transportation: Take the T5 tram from Eminรถnรผ โ Cibali. The Cibali stop is directly across from Rezan Has Museum.
๐ Alternative: Take the M2 Metro to Haliรง, then walk approximately 10 minutes to the museum.
