Unlike Büyükada, Burgazada is small enough to walk around entirely on foot in 2-3 hours. Pine forests, rocky coves, and almost no other tourists.

Local Tips

·Ferry from Kabataş or Bostancı — Burgazada is the second stop after Kınalıada. Total journey about 60-75 minutes.
·Far fewer visitors than Büyükada — weekends are busy but never overwhelming. Weekdays are practically deserted.
·There are no cars and no bicycles for rent. You walk everywhere. Bring comfortable shoes.
·The island has one small market and a few restaurants. Don't rely on ATMs — bring enough cash.
